I really love yoga

I’ve been teaching yoga for 5 years and it still knocks me off my feet how powerful this ancient practice is.
I am a fully qualified RYT 200hrs Yoga teacher (MUDRA Yoga) with additional training in Advanced Anatomy (Alice Gray), Creative Sequencing (Sarah White), Active breathwork (Ally Maz & George Ramsay) and Yoga Leadership, Resepecting Yoga’s Roots (Susanna Barkataki).
I’m passionate about sharing yoga in a modern, inclusive and warm way. I teach yoga to a number of ‘under-represented’ groups including; refugee and asylum seekers, recovering addicts, long term unemployed, teenagers who have grown up in care and women’s aid groups to name a few.
More recently I have created MOOD GIRLS: Yoga for teens. I work with girls in high schools who are struggling with low self esteem, anxiety, changing hormones and everything else that comes with being a teenager in the current climate.

I run yoga retreats with my best friend Lesley (our next one is in sunny Spain May 2025!) and I am also a qualified Active Breathwork facilitator (I am so passionate about this work, you can read more here).

I could talk about the deep impact of yoga and all it’s many benefits for days. But to sum it up, it makes me better at doing life. If you’re curious, I’d love to meet you on the mat. Yoga really is for everyone.
